Raising awareness on pertinent issues of depression, self-harm, and suicide, Patrick Spicer Cassidy hopes to imbue within listeners hope and belief that the silver lining is always waiting for them.
The seasoned artist highlights his central and driving goal of music, claiming he wishes “to play a part in my listeners finding peace and comfort in their own lives while also giving them the strength and courage to rise above mental illness with my music.”
Having been trained and mentored on the guitar by icons such as Rico Monaco, Shawn Oakes, and Mckay Tebbs, the artist brings with himself a soul-stirring musical ethos. Between 2014 and 2016, Patrick was also the lead guitarist for the Stonegate Road Band and began recording his debut album “Oxygen” using his home studio. The first cut of the album has been made available on all music platforms, with other material being finalized to be officially released in 2022.

Patrick Spicer Cassidy is a multi-genre award-winning guitarist, singer-songwriter, and composer known for creating magic in the world of blues, jazz, rock, country, and alternative. Hailing from Western Nebraska, Patrick learned from an early age that he was destined to play guitar and sing, following the steps of his parents. Over the years, the prolific artist has been writing and performing his own songs in numerous projects.
Teaching music lessons, Patrick was trained as a vocalist and instrumentalist at Western Nebraska Community College and Chadron State College. He began his career as a Blues guitarist in the youth blues band “Skinny Legs and All” out of Western North Carolina, where the act was voted one of the premier youth acts in the area. Having trained under the direction of master jazz guitarist Rick Praytor in North Carolina, Patrick Spicer Cassidy is set to seize the world of music with his unique musical spirit.
